Our legal services include

Contentious-administrative proceedings. Filing and defending appeals before Contentious-Administrative Courts and Tribunals, including interim measures, summary proceedings, and the enforcement of judgments.
Administrative appeals and economic-administrative claims.
Preparation and processing of administrative appeals, motions for reconsideration, and ex officio reviews, as well as claims before Economic-Administrative Tribunals regarding tax and budgetary matters.

Public aid, grants, and European funds. Application, justification, and defense in reimbursement proceedings, as well as advice on compliance with obligations under the General Subsidies Act.
Compulsory expropriation. Representation in all phases of the expropriation procedure—declaration of necessity of occupation, valuation, and payment—and challenging decisions before Provincial Expropriation Juries and the contentious-administrative courts.
Relations with regulatory bodies. Assistance before entities such as the CNMC, the CNMV, or sector-specific regulators in supervision, inspection, and sanctioning proceedings.
