Biography

He joined the Corporate Law department at Michavila Acebes Abogados in January 2026 and was appointed Managing Partner in January 2026.

‍

He has extensive experience advising companies on corporate law, company incorporation, the creation of corporate structures, and company dissolutions and liquidations. He has also worked on due diligenceprocesses, having advised both national and international companies, including banks and publicly traded companies. Furthermore, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions and structural modification transactions.

‍

From 2014 to December 2016, he was part of the Corporate Law team at the firm CMS Albiñana y Suárez de Lezo.
