Biography

Specializing in regulatory compliance, emerging technologies, and personal data protection.

Former Director of Litigation Legal Counsel for Grupo Argentaria, Cajas Postal, and Banco Hipotecario S.A. from 1998 to 2000, with a focus on legal advice regarding technology.

Former Director of Litigation Legal Counsel for Grupo Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. from 2000 to 2014, with a focus on legal advice regarding technology.

Professor at the Judicial School and the Center for Legal Studies of the Administration of Justice.

National and international consultant in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and a regular collaborator with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the Catalan Data Protection Authority, holding certifications from APEP, ISMS, and others.

Collaborator with the CEDDET Foundation and author of the Republic of Honduras's Personal Data Protection Bill.
