Biography
He joined Michavila Acebes Abogados in October 2018 to lead the Tax Law department.
He began his career as a tax lawyer in 2003 at Cuatrecasas (Madrid office), later joining the Tax department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in 2009—following its merger with the firm Padrol Munté—where he remained until 2012.
From 2012 to 2018, he was responsible for international taxation at a highly recognized multinational firm specializing in infrastructure development, construction, engineering, and concessions, with a strong presence in Mexico and Poland.
He has served both corporate and private clients at a national and international level and has actively participated in transactional tax teams, providing advice on commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, refinancing, and real estate operations.
He has significant experience in Corporate Compliance for regulated companies, with a specialization in Tax Compliance.
In addition to advising clients on tax planning for businesses and estates, as well as on tax inspection, economic-administrative, and judicial proceedings, he has also developed his professional background in international corporate taxation, accumulating extensive experience in investments and the establishment of Spanish business groups in Latin America, Europe, and India.

He has served as a contributor and speaker for tax training sessions at universities and graduate schools, including the 2010 Tax Practicum at CEU San Pablo University (Madrid) and ESERP Business School (Madrid).
