In February 2024, he joined Michavila Acebes Abogados in the Corporate Law department as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, following a twelve-year tenure at the firm Escalona & De Fuentes Abogados.

‍

He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), having advised on both domestic and international company acquisition and divestiture transactions. Miguel also specializes in corporate law and has experience drafting a wide range of commercial contracts.

Additionally, he has served as Secretary to the Board of Directors for non-listed companies.

A lawyer recognized for his expertise and technical proficiency in the international legal directory "Best Lawyers".
