Founding partners José María Michavila and Ángel Acebes Paniagua will remain fully committed to the firm and will continue to play a key role in two essential areas: providing legal advice to clients and business development.

As Managing Partner, Ángel Acebes Pérez will take on the management and coordination of the firm, the execution of its strategy, and the development of its internal organisation. To this end, he will work alongside the Management Committee, which is made up of the heads of the practice areas and the firm's manager.

This management model seeks a more cross-functional and coordinated approach, fostering collaboration between teams and leveraging the capabilities of each area, while preserving their autonomy and specialisation.
